I'd like some assistance and guidance to help me deal with scoliosis pain because its getting hard to deal with. Are there any dietary suggestions or exercises I can do?

Hey! I'm sorry that youre having to go through this. It becomes hard when youre trying to focus on other things in life but your health comes in the way of that. Some advice that I can offer for the pain is to take grape seed extract. It has tons of benefits for helping against autoimmune diseases and other painful conditions because it has anti-inflammatory properties. It won't do much against the physiological aspect of things but it can help you in managing the pain. I have had arthritis and I used to administer grape seed extract. I have stopped doing it though because I just haven't been very motivated recently.

Right. I think ive heard my grandma talk about grape seed oil. Can you tell me where you got it from?

Yeah ofcourse. So grape seed extract is basically also called OPC. The way I incorporated grape seed extract in my diet was through OPC supplement pills.
