Sub 70 dungeon queuese

Hi,

Currently at lv 67, trying to get into one of the 2 dungeons from comet land, but I havent had any luck in about 2 hours now. I also rarely see any people questing. Is the game dead? Or maybe just the server I'm on(Deepwood)? Are queues cross-servers anyways?

Please help.
